For those who are familiar with steel, those who have trained and felt the pleasure and pain of training. When you have survived the initial baptism of fire the gym can impose. We find ourselves in a place where new battle techniques must be uploaded. The warrior must face new more skilled adversaries. It’s as though the battle is ongoing, you seem to be fighting, disciplined and knowledgeable but you are confused as to why you may not be getting the desired outcome you seek. It happens to all of us at one point or another in our training, it is “The Plateau”. It’s like a type of repetitious failure that we can’t seem to shake.
