Before the solider becomes the multi skilled warrior seasoned in the art of war forged from battle, he or she must understand the tools of the trade. This understanding comes from repetitious practice, connection work and co-ordination drills.

These are the precepts that are vital for success when later applied in battle. Make no mistake, to re-create the body you have into the body you desire you must wage war on the pre existing inhibitors that prevent you from creating it.

These introduction workouts are the weapons of intellect, helping you see the gym machines and environment in new and creative ways so that your body is guided towards change and development. The key at this beginning phase is understanding, understanding of you, your body, the machines and how to use them. Focus is a creative integrated system that helps people build co ordination and confidence right from the start. This is where we need to start if we are a beginner, this is the place where you sharpen yours reflexes and condition the body.
